ST. JUDE CONVENT, DIYUN

The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Martha instigated a new apostolic mission in Arunachal Pradesh, India. With the support of Miao Diocese, we extend our services to the needy and helpless, touch their lives with compassionate love of Christ and promote a better standard of living. St. Jude Convent was inaugurated and blessed by His Excellency Mar George Palliparambil on 22nd July 2008 and sisters are actively involved in the many missionary activities including, house visiting, initiating self-employment programs and working in formal and non-formal schools to promote and strengthen learning, reaching out to those who missed the opportunity to access or complete formal education.
